Wine Cellar
The Wine Cellar is built in the middle of the plantation on the slope of a realm with a special microclimate, allowing wine vinification in special conditions (high-tech equipment - temperature controlled, grape processing and wine only in stainless steel) of a maximum quantity of 600 tons of grapes a year.
